Bee, dokter praktek di rumah sakit, mengetahui bahwa dokter seniornya, Dr. Thana, pernah bertunangan dengan Dr. Nok. Namun kecelakaan merenggut nyawa Nok di saat mereka akan melangsungkan pernikahan.
